I am interested in the effects of surfaces and interfaces on strongly correlated electron systems. My research focuses on superconductivity and Josephson junctions in topologically frustrated systems. Currently, I investigate the nucleation of superconductivity in a Pb/Ru/Sr2RuO4 junction and the resulting phase diagram. I have also studied the mechanisms limiting the critical current in a cylindrical Sr2RuO4/Ru interface.
